Mass Beer Week is back, bringing exclusive events, tastings, beer releases, and more to breweries, bars, restaurants, and retailers across the state! Whether you’re a die-hard hophead or just love supporting local, this is your week to explore everything Massachusetts craft beer has to offer.

Kicking Off Mass Beer Week on the Cape

  • Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis is starting the party on Saturday, March 1, with a guided brewery tour. Learn about Cape Cod Beer’s history, brew process, packaging, and beer. Following the guided tour, 21+ (with ID) you may enjoy a tasting of five 3 oz pours of the beers of your choice. See more details.

  • Barnstable Brewing going whole hog, literally. On March 1st, the brewery is having a party to kick off Mass Beer Week, and JP'S Twisted BBQ and Grille will be roasting a whole pig, Carolina Style, with a special BBQ sauce made from one of Barnstable Brewing Beers.

  • Newburyport Brewing Company is hosting GIRL JAM, an open mic for women. Money raised will go to Brigid’s House of Hope, an organization that helps survivors of human trafficking reclaim their lives. There will also be original art available for purchase, with all proceeds going to Brigid’s House of Hope.
