Down The Hatch German Pilsner - Classic German Pilsner. Brewed using Noble hops, varietals, Tettnanger and Perle. These varieties exhibit a spicy herbal aroma and flavor. Fermented with Saflager 34/70, this crushable Pilsner goes down smooth with a nice malt finish

Shipwrecked NEIPA 6.5% - New England IPA with a double dose of Ekuanot and Citra used in Whirlpool and again in dry-hop.  A cloudy single yielding a fresh citrusy welcome on your first sip with a subtle underlying bittery smooth finish.

The High Priestess, Blackcurrant Sour, 4.8% - A delicious combination of blackcurrants  and pomegranate juice adds both a  unique flavor and color to this sour ale.  By sourcing the spent blackcurrants from a local distiller in Rhinebeck, NY, and using a special yeast  strain that sours the beer during fermentation, this is a sustainable  alternative to traditional kettle sours.

Rockin' the Gold Tooth, Cream Ale, 5.2% - The cream ale is an American original.  Brewed with local corn from Hudson Valley Malt in Germantown, NY, and lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures,  this “hybrid beer” is super crushable and  finishes clean. Approachable, unpretentious, and  surprisingly refreshing, this makes a great  alternative to hoppy or heavy beers.

House Lager: " Traditional, malty, German-Style golden lager. Crisp and superbly drinkable. This beer pairs exceptionally well with heavy salads, pork dishes, and seafood." 5.2% ABV.

Time Eradicator (collaboration with Hopothecary Ales) Imperial Stout - 12%     In Victorian Era medicine, "eradicator" referred to remedies claiming to remove or destroy ailments. Time Eradicator is a bold and powerful imperial stout boasting rich flavor of roasted malt, caramel and dark chocolate.

Julius-American IPA, 6.8% ABV-Bursting with pungent American hops, Julius - our flagship American IPA - is a bright, juicy beer filled with flavors and aromas of mango, peach, passionfruit, and a melange of citrus juice.

Otherworldly-Double IPA, 8.4%-Otherworldly is a Double IPA utilizing a wild assortment of New Zealand hop varieties. Mega Motueka bursts with notes of candied lemon and lime peel, while Manalita swirls with grapefruit candy and red berry aromas.

Harmony-American IPA, 6.9% ABV-Harmony is an American IPA brewed exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. Saturated notes of gooseberry, white wine, kiwi, and ripe apricot.

Trailbreaker-Oak-Conditioned German Pils, 5.1% ABV-Following a brief primary fermentation in stainless, Trailbreaker is laid to rest in a horizontal oak foeder for extended conditioning. Notes of crisp mineral water, mild lemon, straw, noble hops, and mild tannic oak to shine through beautifully.

Ruckus IPA  7.3 ABV - A light golden colored IPA with brilliant clarity. The judicious use of Mosaic, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops give dank aromas of resin and pine sap mixed with tropical fruit aromas of mango and papaya that assault your senses. A firm, but smooth, bitterness is balanced by a slight hint of sweet malt flavor. This beer will cause a ruckus in your mouth, and should satisfy the hophead in everyone!

Light in the Sky Maibock lager 6.3 ABV - Floor-malted German pilsner, Vienna and dark munich malts, bittered with Magnum hops and finished with Saaz, Mandarina Bavaria and Callista hops. Perilously drinkable.

Black Comedy Barrel aged Imperial Stout 9.0 ABV - Roasted chocolate aroma. Bittersweet roasted malt up front with notes of chocolate milk, espresso roast, rich caramel and soy. Vanilla and wood flavors linger.

Disappointing Diamonds Hazy IPA  7.1 ABV - Pours hazy with wheat and oat slickness. Orange blossom and citrus juice character up front with lingering notes of pine, peach and grapefruit bite. Oily smooth finish.
